OUR STORY
​Kalin Construction was founded in 1976 in Berrien County, Michigan by the late Gerald T. Kalin. Primarily a small family-owned sand and gravel company, Kalin Construction grew into a trucking and underground business and began doing larger grading and drainage projects. In 1986, we received our first MDOT project and we currently have around 100 employees, 3 third-generation and 2 fourth-generation family members.
